Instructions for issuing the contactless transport card for travellers not eligible for gratuity
Beginning with the 1st of February 2025, travellers will be able to obtain the new contactless transport cards by following the steps below:
Download, fill in and use a holographic signature for the GDPR agreement HERE
Send the agreement to info@sctpiasi.ro
The card will be able to be picked up from the selling point marked in the Agreement in 3 working days after sending the e-mail, based on the ID card
In case of loss or theft of the card, you must go to the headquarters of the Iași Public Transport Company, Silvestru Street, no. 5 (across the street from McDonalds – Train station) and pay the card re-issuance fee of 20 lei. The old card will be blocked and the duplicate will be issued on the spot.
The opening hours are from Monday to Thursday between 07:30 and 15:30, and on Friday between 07:30 and 13:00.
The administration of the personal account can be done from the IA'SI BILET mobile application, by following the steps:
Download the app from Play Store or App Store
Register by filling in the requested data
After registering, go to the Cards section and associate the received card by filling in the card number and the Personal Identification Number (CNP).
For the purchase of travel tickets, both the electronic wallet, as well as the bank card can be used.
The electronic wallet can be loaded as follows:
- from the IA'SI BILET mobile application
- from the web platform https://info.sctpiasi.ro/auth
- from the E-pin vending machines
